We had Gretchen's 15 month check-up today. She weighs 24lbs and 11oz, which puts her in the 75th percentile. The real news is she is 33 1/4 inches! This puts her off the chart for height, so I guess that means she is the tallest 15 month old ever. Doc said she is as tall as the average 23 month old.

House Hunting
Nathan and I have been house hunting in four towns Downers Grove, Orland Park, Frankfurt and New Lenox. Unfortunately I have not found anything in Downers to take Nathan to yet. After taking Nathan to New Lenox to see the one I liked best we agreed it is too far away for his commute and have since decided against looking there any more.
Frankfurt had two houses I really liked. One is unfortunately on a busy road and we decided that is too big of a sacrifice to make even though the house is wonderful. The other one just went under contract. By default this left the one home in Orland Park we liked. After going back twice yesterday to look at it we were strongly leaning towards making an offer. However the owners realitor said she has rejected several offers that have been just under her listing price. We feel she is asking too much for the home when you factor in the fact it is 16 years old and has original everything. Over the next few years we could be looking at some major repairs, from the roof to the duel furnaces. So although this one is not completely off the table it is not looking good.
So it is looking like we will need to find an apartment fast. Since we are homeless three weeks from tomorrow! I keep telling myself this is all for the best. Maybe our home is going on the market next week. In fact I combed over the Downers Grove (this is my preferred community) listings again and found a few new options. We are actually going to drive by them this afternoon when Gretchen wakes up. So please say a pray we find our place sooner rather than later. And if anyone one wants three very nice house guests let me know ;).

Wisc. Dells
We had a great time in the Dells. We stayed at our timeshare which is a part of the Wilderness Territory. There was so much to do on site with 5 outdoor water parks, 3 indoor water parks, mini golf, go carts, the list goes on and on. Not to mention just enjoying the view from our balcony of the woods.
