What a difference a day makes

Here we were earlier in the day at the DuPage Children's Museum. That place is fantastic and I highly recommend taking any child between the ages of 1-7.

Gretchen did a nice job sitting still during her first hair cut. We did not get a lot cut off. We just evened out the back so she no longer has a mullet.

I took this shot last week when we went to the DuPage Children's Museum. She loved playing the drums. Being a band director/mom I thought what anyone in my place would "crap you can not be a drummer." Hopefully it is just a phase and she will soon discover her love of the Tuba.

16 week Ultrasound

Normally you do not have a second ultrasound until 20 weeks. However I was experiencing some sharp pain so doc wanted a closer look. Turns out this little one just likes to bump other organs, not at all dangerous, just painful. However we did find out we are expecting a little boy! We are thrilled that everything is looking very healthy with our little man. I have already gone out and bought some cute blue outfits. I must say though it is a lot harder to find cute boy clothes than girl ones.

Gretchen was so excited to hang out with Angelica. She kept giving her kisses and hugs. It was too cute. She is going to be the best big sister.
